GoFoodPet Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for using the GoFoodPet website (hereinafter “the Site”) and the terms and conditions of sale of products offered by GoFoodPet, headquartered at 17 Broadwalk, Crawley RH10 1HJ, United Kingdom.

1.2. By using the Site, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

2.1. User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Site.

2.2. Seller – GoFoodPet, headquartered at 17 Broadwalk, Crawley RH10 1HJ, United Kingdom.

2.3. Customer – a User who has entered into a sales contract with the Seller.

2.4. Terms of Service – these terms and conditions.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. Registration on the Site is voluntary and free of charge.

3.2. By registering, the User agrees to provide true and up-to-date personal information.

3.3. The User agrees not to share their login and password with third parties.

4. Placing Orders

4.1. Customers can place orders for products available on the Site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

4.2. Orders are placed by adding products to the cart and filling out the order form.

4.3. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming the order.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1. All product prices on the Site are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

5.2. Payments for orders can be made via the Stripe payment system.

6. Delivery

6.1. Products are delivered within Poland and other countries as indicated on the Site.

6.2. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated on the Site.

6.3. Delivery time ranges from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the delivery location and product availability.

7. Complaints and Returns

7.1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding purchased products in case of defects or non-compliance with the contract.

7.2. Complaints should be submitted via email to info@agritradestore.co.uk or by phone at +44 7854 655766.

7.3. The Customer has the right to return products without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

8. Personal Data Protection

8.1. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Site.

8.2. The User has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Site.

9.2. Matters not regulated by these Terms of Service shall be governed by Polish law.

9.3. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or sales contracts shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
