1. General Information
At GoFoodPet, we strive to ensure the highest quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products in accordance with the following terms.
2. Right to Withdraw from the Contract
2.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the ordered products.
2.2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

3.3. The cost of shipping the returned goods is borne by the customer.
4. Return Conditions
4.1. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
4.2. Products that are damaged, used, or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.
5. Refunds
5.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we will refund the full purchase amount to the account used for the original transaction.
5.2. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving the returned products.
6. Complaints
